As a security company, protecting your data is a matter of principle for us, not an afterthought. This website is deliberately built to be data-minimal: no cookies, no tracking, no external services observing your behaviour.

2. Principles
- We use no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools.
- Your confirmation of the notice banner is stored locally in your browser only (localStorage) — without any personal reference and without transmission to us or third parties.
- Fonts are self-hosted — no connection to Google Fonts is made.
- All transmission is encrypted (TLS/HTTPS).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (and/or its European infrastructure). When the site is accessed, technically necessary server log data is processed (e.g. IP address, time of access, file requested, browser type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.
4. Contact & enquiry form
When you contact us via the form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email, phone number, your message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and/or (f) GDPR (responding to your enquiry).
For delivering form messages to our mailbox we use the service provider Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Processing takes place on servers in the EU (region eu-west-1, Ireland). Where a data transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out, it is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Only the data you enter in the form is transmitted.
No storage of form data beyond that takes place on the website. You will not receive an automated confirmation email — your enquiry goes exclusively to us. We treat every enquiry in strict confidence and do not pass it on to uninvolved third parties.
5. Retention
We process and store your data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or to comply with statutory retention obligations, after which it is deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Ansbach.
